The permit language further outlines that the scope of work consists of a buildout to complete new finishes, millwork, an employee restroom and construction in the kitchen area for equipment specifications, with the total job valued at $120,000. According to construction plans found in the permit filing that have been viewed by What Now Columbus, the eatery will have a small retail area and seating for six.

Sōw Plated is owned by husband and wife John and Sunny Fahlgren, and is a restaurant that focuses on health and wellness through serving made from scratch vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. The menu features brunch, lunch and dinner offerings like a quinoa power bowl, avocado toast, a chickpea burger, chicken caprese sandwich and wagyu beef tacos. Additionally, the eatery serves cold-pressed juices, cocktails, coffee and tea.

It is unclear whether Sōw To Go will feature a more abbreviated version of the menu. What Now Columbus reached out to Fahlgren to learn more about the to go concept, but didn’t receive a response by the time this article was published.
